Donor-Centered Fundraising

Data-Driven Strategic Planning

Caring, Ethical Fundraising Practices

 HELLO, I'M DIANA

My passion is to help nonprofits embrace data-driven, donor-centered strategies for fundraising. After twenty years designing, developing, and marketing donor management software, I launched Formula for Fundraising to provide consulting, coaching, and training to nonprofit organizations.

You want and need to retain more donors, raise more money, have less development staff turnover, and involve leadership in meaningful ways. It is extremely important for the future of nonprofits to reverse the loss of talented fundraising professionals and to engage community leaders in the future of nonprofits.

It would be my joy to work with you.

I have been in the industry for 40 plus years and have authored two books on fundraising: Formula for Fundraising…Embracing Your Donors for Greater Success and Securing Fundraising Success…24 Rules for Raising Even More Money. My most recent endeavor is a workbook, Fundraising Success…Planning is Everything.

On a personal note, I love to bake with my granddaughters, Paige, Charlotte, and Camille. Their favorite is a to-die-for chocolate pie and, of course, chocolate chip cookies. I went to comedy school late 2023 and do a couple of stand-up comedy gigs a month. That is no joke!
